Which halls exist

Update 1 placed one hall in each of the then-current regions, including the Nomad Highlands hall people search by name. 1.0 added the Albaneve Summits hall and the Veilwater Basin hall. Rewards are the dungeon loot and progression, not a single shared chest table we can quote. Clear the shroud on the approach first. The interior is a commitment.
