What you do here

Place the Flame Altar, learn the Shroud timer, and clear the Ancient Spire for fast travel. Flame Shrines provide Spark, and Low Meadows is the eastern sub-area. The Ghost Glider route belongs to a later Sun Temple in Kindlewastes, not a Springlands starter reward.

How many Flame Shrines are in Springlands?

Searchers ask for a count. The wiki lists shrines per region but the exact Springlands total is easy to mis-count after a patch. Use the in-game map pins after you reveal them from the Flame, and treat any fixed number on an old guide as stale.
