Use a Flame Shrine for Spark. The amount depends on the region, and the interaction can be repeated after it resets.

Spark, not skill points

Shrines and sanctums pay Spark. Skill points come from levels, Shroud Roots, and Elixir Wells. Mixing those up sends you to the wrong icon. The shrine east of Diadwyn is one named example in Revelwood. Springlands has its own set on the road out of the starter meadows.

How many are in Springlands?

We are not publishing a number we did not re-walk after 1.0. Reveal them in game from the Flame.

Do they respawn?

The wiki says the Spark interaction can be repeated. It is not a one-time quest item.
